The Process

LRY has a simple philosophy - be transparent. Everything that we do is aimed to be as transparant as possible with our clients, and that starts with clearly defining every project that we engage in.

For example, a typical project goes something like this.

Step 1: Discovery meeting where your organization and our team engage for assessment of current technologies in place, identify both long-term and short-term goals, and brainstorm solutions.

Step 2: We then compile deliverables, goals, requirements, specifications and solutions into a proposal.

Step 3: Next is a collaboration meeting to review the proposal, make any adjustments and agree on best way to move forward.

Step 4: LRY Solutions assembles a Statement of Work based on all previous conversations for final approval.

Step 5: Work begins! Your account will move to a project manager and consultants to complete the project within the scope of the agreed upon Statement of Work. Any changes to the scope of the project are documented in a Change Order signed by both your organization and LRY Solutions.

Step 6: Our greatest compliment is you working with us again on future projects. Once a new project presents itself, the process begins again.
